1. Services Provided

CSC provides residential, commercial, and construction cleaning services based on the selected service package. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and custom commercial cleanings.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be booked through our official website or by contacting our team directly.

  • A walkthrough or virtual consultation may be required before service to determine pricing and scope.

  • Appointment times are estimates and may vary slightly due to traffic or job duration.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, and online payments.

  • Late payments may be subject to a $25 late fee.

  • Returned payments or chargebacks will result in a $35 fee and possible cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from our client list.

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Access to Property

  • Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If access is not granted, a lockout fee of $50 will apply.

  • CSC is not responsible for lost time due to alarm systems, locked gates, or inaccessible areas.

7. Health & Safety

  • We do not clean biohazards, pest infestations, or areas deemed unsafe.

  • Our team is trained and insured. Clients must inform us in advance of any special health concerns or cleaning sensitivities.

8. Property Damage or Loss

  • Our team will treat your home or office with care.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.

  • CSC is insured, but not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsecured valuables, or cluttered spaces where accidents may occur.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

  • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions

  • Aggressive pets or occupants

  • Inappropriate behavior or harassment toward our staff

10. Policy Updates

CSC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies agreement to the revised terms.

By scheduling or receiving services from CSC, you agree to these Terms of Service.
